The Clearing

The Clearing

Sometimes, something inside us needs to die—a part of us that no longer serves, that no longer belongs. And yet, we hold onto it, often for far too long. Then comes the breaking. The shattering. The darkness. It enters our lives, forcing us to face it, to let go of what no longer fits.

In that destruction, there’s a strange, quiet purpose. A clearing. A space where something new can take root. A space for magic to reveal itself. For us to open up. To receive. To reconnect.

It’s in these moments that we begin to remember. To regain the knowledge that has always been within us, quietly waiting to be rediscovered. Waiting for us to trust it again, to fall in love with it again. To peel back the layers and find what’s been hidden so deep.

And when we find it—when we touch that part of ourselves—there’s no other choice but to let it shine. To let it vibrate. To let it glow.

Sometimes, the dark is where we need to go. It’s where we are reborn. Where we rise out of what we thought we were, into who we truly are. Beyond our ego. Beyond what we believed was possible.

We rise. We dissolve the parts of us that kept us small. And in their place, we become something greater. Something connected. Interwoven with everything, everywhere. One with all that is.

“We are all star seeds”

“We are all star seeds”

“We are all star seeds, carrying the shining light of our belonging and our home deep within us. At our core, we are one—one miracle leading to the next, interwoven with the essence of all that surrounds us.

The elements, the plants, the animals, the old oak tree, and us humans—we are all made of the same stardust, the same ingredients. Yet, in this oneness, we often feel alone. Conditioned by the world to believe we are separate, that we must fight to survive, to be stronger, better, harder.

This illusion of separation keeps us stiff and rigid, disconnected from our source, from the glowing seed within us. But that seed is always there, waiting for us to notice it, to nurture it, to let it grow and glow. When we connect with this light inside, we awaken to our purpose—not to endlessly search for what we should do, but to live in alignment with who we truly are. To let that light shine brightly, allowing our joy and authenticity to guide us.

When we live this way, simply being, we become an example—a beacon for others to follow. We inspire trust and faith in those around us to also shine, no matter their circumstances. We begin to shed the fears and worries that keep us closed, the blocks that harden our hearts. And as our hearts open, this glowing light within unravels and radiates outward.

As it shines, it touches everything. The stars above seem brighter, whispering to us in their celestial language. The sun calls back, warming our spirits, and the moon responds in its quiet, reflective way. Walking barefoot on the ground, we feel deeply connected to the earth, knowing that everything—every tree, every stream, every grain of soil—is with us, supports us, and has faith in us.

Even in the darkest nights of the soul, when hope feels lost and faith seems far away, this light within remains. It is always there, waiting for us to reconnect. We have everything we need inside us—the ability to hear our calling, to awaken, and to break free from the conditioning that has held us back for so long.

Now is the time to awaken. It’s time to wonder, it’s time to feel, and to let ourselves be the guide for us.”

“Let go, dear One”

“Let go, dear One”

My dear one. A lasting time. A long holding on. Holding on to all that has been, holding on to all those memories, holding on to the “what ifs.” Holding me captive to what never is. Keeping me stuck. Stuck in my own thoughts, stuck in places where I once found joy and happiness.

Even though it is tempting to travel there, I choose to let go. To let go of what was. To set you free. To let you travel anywhere you want to go. I set my heart free by freeing you. By letting go and saying, “I’m sorry, and I love you.” Loving you means letting you go. Letting you go and setting you free. I am here, right now.

Who is the “I,” and who is “me”? Who am I? Am I the little oak tree, waiting impatiently to grow and become wise like the old and majestic oak tree? Or am I allowing myself to flow, to open, to simply become? Opening myself up to new possibilities. Freeing myself from the stress that arises when I believe I am not yet where I should be, that I am somehow stagnant—not moving fast enough, not evolving in the way I would have hoped.

Why do I ask these questions? Why? Shouldn’t I trust and enjoy the journey? Shouldn’t I savor the ride and just be? Whatever we call it—this life, this presence, this moment—it is in me. It is in you. It is everywhere and anywhere.

All we need to do is pause, breathe, and listen. Listen to what is. Feel what is. Be here, right now, with all that we are and all that there is.

This is what it means to truly live

This is what it means to truly live

“I am like the water. Limitless. Limitless in my potential. Flowing anywhere effortlessly. Sometimes it takes time, but there is always a way. My spirit is endless and will never die.

We can learn so much on this earth. Learning the Earth Lessons as long as we are in this beautiful physical body of ours. Yet, we often forget that we are here to grow and learn. That we have a limitless potential.

We are often lost in the waves and the roughness and turbulences of the ocean. Lost on a surface level. Lost in the chaos, we forget that the ocean’s surface is but one layer of its truth.

Beneath the crashing waves lies a profound stillness, an unwavering peace that mirrors our innermost self. It is in this depth that we remember—we are not just at the mercy of the storm; we are the ocean itself.

When we dive deep, past the noise, we reconnect with the calmness that has always been within us. In this stillness, we feel the rhythm of the universe, the eternal flow of life that reminds us of our boundless nature.

Just like water, we can adapt, reshape, and overcome. We can carve through mountains with patience and persistence, and we can embrace the contours of every challenge with grace.

But this requires trust. Trust in ourselves, trust in the journey, and trust that every wave—no matter how turbulent—carries a lesson. When we stop resisting and start flowing, we find that even the roughest waters can guide us to places we never dreamed possible.

This is what it means to truly live: to embrace the vastness of our potential, to learn from the currents, and to rise again with every tide. To understand that our struggles, like waves, are not meant to drown us but to teach us how to swim with strength and purpose.

So, let us dive deep. Let us surrender to the ocean within us. For in that surrender, we find our infinite self—limitless, eternal, and unbreakable. We are the water. We are the calm. We are the storm. And we are everything in between.”

We Are Stardust

We Are Stardust

“We are whole, we are complete. We are all there needs to be.

We are made of the same stardust as the moon, the stars, the planets and the whole universe, why does the thought of us being not enough even cross our mind?

Why do we create our own suffering when we deep inside of us, all know that we are beautiful, pure whole and that we are made of light and love. why do we question that once we start growing up?

Why do we trust our external influences and inputs even more than our own inner knowing?

We know anything deep inside of us and are connected to unlimited potential and wisdom, yet our brain keeps us in the myth of “not enough.”

It spins stories of inadequacy, fueled by comparisons and the endless chase for validation outside ourselves.

Somewhere along the way, we trade our innate wholeness for a fragmented identity shaped by the expectations of others.

But if we pause, truly pause, and tune into the stillness within, we can hear the quiet truth: We were never broken.

The universe within us whispers that we are already everything we seek.

The light we chase in others is a reflection of our own brilliance. Yet, we allow doubt to creep in, clouding this truth.

Perhaps it’s because we were taught to value the external over the internal, to measure our worth by accomplishments rather than presence, to find meaning in doing rather than simply being.

But what if we remembered? What if, for just a moment, we silenced the noise of the world and felt the hum of our own existence?

What if we trusted that our mere being, our breathing, our presence, is enough?

This journey back to ourselves is not about adding anything new.

It’s about peeling away the layers of falsehoods we’ve accumulated.

It’s about returning to the childlike wonder, the unshakable belief that we belong—just as we are.

We are stardust. We are light. We are love. And we are home.”
